Has launched cnc vertical machining centre vmc-800s which is designed for machining of contoured surfaces such as mould and die cavities, cam profiles, templates, press blanking tools, etc, with better accuracies and trouble-free performance. It has high precision spindle with maximum speed of 8000 rpm and powered by 7.0 kw [continuous rating]ac motor with superior response characteristics. The higher accuracies make this cnc machine the most suitable and reliable machine for die and mould making. Specifications: table size - 860 x 460 mm; axes travel - 760/500/450 mm; spindle speed - 60 - 8000 rpm; feed rate - 1 -1500 mm/min; rapid traverse rate - 20,000 mm/min; spindle motor - 7.0 kw [continuous; and cnc system - sinumerik 810 ga3.
