• Add to Inquiry Basket | Protocontrol instruments [india] pvt ltd supplies belt-sway switches of series bs-101.The main function of these switches are to stop the conveyor belts and to show the fault when the conveyor belt sways beyond set limit. These switches enable over-swaying, which protect the conveyors from damages and ensures easy running. Because of uneven loading of material and worn out idler roller bearings over swaying is possible. Weatherproof cast aluminum is used to manufacture the switches. It has also ip-65 grade protection. Contact rollers along with polymer plastic bearings have high retentivity of lubricants and the lowest coefficient of friction. For this reason the roller works smoothly year after year. Self-reset is one of the main characteristics of the roller. The epoxy painted enclosure is suitable for any kind of climate. Belt-sway switches are connected to the sides of the conveyor belts. The contact between the switch and conveyors are possible by the switch. The activation of the internal switches happens when the conveyor belt sways from their position. The company offers special models with separate terminal box, acrylic cover to ensure better protection against entry of dust and water. The company also provides 1 no + 1 nc output contacts and special models with 2 no + 2 nc contacts. |
