| Gannon dunkerley & co supplies easy to use, portable coating thickness gauge model elcometer 550 powder thickness gauge from elcometer instruments ltd which is calibrated to measure uncured powder coatings on a range of substrate materials. This powder thickness gauge is so simple to operate that it starts operating when the probe pointed at the surface to be measured and pressing the button. The lids available with the elcometer powder thickness gauge help the user to position the probe and the thickness readings are taken automatically. When the measurement is completed the display shows thickness of the predicted, cured coating after polymerisation in either microns or mils. The powder thickness gauge come with salient features such as measures before curing; non destructive; accurate; simple, quick measurements, portable, easy to use; no contact between probe and uncured powder; rechargeable battery power supply, led indicators to show when the probe is positioned. The company also supplies these elcometer powder thickness gauge with metric and english units and calibration standard.
