| Kaustubha udyog introduces orion sm series low-cost pressure switches which are now available in pressure ranges from 0.1 kg/cm2 to 15 kg/cm2. These switches are reliable, compact and have overall dimensions of 38 mm diameter by 65 mm height. The weight of standard models is 180 g. These low-cost pressure switches can be used to detect the presence or absence of pressure and to switch on or off electrical circuits when the predetermined pressure is reached. These switches can be supplied in 1 spdt and 2 spdt micro switch versions. They can be utilized for a variety of working media by selecting the appropriate wetted parts. The electrical switching element is an spdt snap-action micro switch for reliable changeover. The micro switch is rated at 5 a, 250 v ac, 0.2 a, 250 v dc. These switches are used in different fields like lubrication systems, and also to prevent excess pressure build-up in hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, spot welding machines, for pneumatic clamping jigs and fixtures with predetermined pressure, textile machinery, safety systems and point systems. Pressure switches are available in various ranges from 15 mm wg to 400 bar.
