Product Profile of Low Pressure Hoses

Cee Dee Industries manufactures Low Pressure Hoses. Cee Dee Industries is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The Low Pressure Hoses are manufactured from Nitrile based extruded synthetic rubber tube resistant to oils, gasoline, fuel oil, air, water, hydraulic and petroleum based oils, grease, mineral oil etc.

Main Characteristics of Low Pressure Hoses are:

• Hardness - 70±5 shore A

• Tensile Strength min. - 70 Kg/Cm²

• Elongation at break - 300% min.

• Tension set - 15%

• Operating temperature - 0°C to 100 °C
Two types of Low Pressure Hoses are:

• PLW: G.I. Wire braided tube for regular pressure and tough handling. Available in sizes for 1/8" I.D. To 3" I.D

• PLCW: One layer of cotton braid, covered outside with G.I. Wire braiding for additional pressure. Available in sizes from 1/8" I.D. To 3" I.D.
