• Add to Inquiry Basket | Shailesh sales corporation supplies mechanical power presses. These mechanical power presses are provided in both c frame and pillar type versions ranging from 3 tonne to 250 tonne capacity in the most economical type of construction. Several standard and optional features are provided with these power presses, such as manual/auto lubrication systems; knockouts electronics hand safety; single/double or un-geared versions as also pneumatic feeders/straightness and de-coilers for automation purpose. Following are some of the constructional features of these power presses. Frame is of all steel construction, fabricated from rolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbings, clutch is of pin/rolling key-type. These power presses provide continuous strokes. These strokes are used for mass production. Crank shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy. Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations, and properly balanced for smooth running. Gears of these power presses are of steel cast or fabricated. Table and ram are made of high grade heavy-duty cast iron and properly seasoned. For lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts, an efficient shot lubrication system has been provided. Inclinable type presses are provied with inclining mechanism which can be easily locked in. These power presses are so designed that even in maximum inclined position, they are stable under heavy presssing load.
