| Metallizing equipment co manufactures and provides thermal spraying systems [model rodojet-9800]. These thermal spraying systems are state of-the-art systems for combustion flame spraying of ceramic rods. These systems combine the low equipment and operation cost of flame spraying with the high quality ceramic coatings being obtained with the plasma spraying system. They spray ceramic rods, such as chromium oxide, zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide, etc. The systems have electronic wire feed system to preset the ceramic rod feed rate.Some of the favorable features include: use oxygen and acetylene for combustion; no cooling water requirement; consistent rod feed achieved by electric motor fitted on the gun itself; rods of diameter 3.17 mm to 6.35 mm can be consistently fed; start/stop button at the handle of the gun provided for instant start/stop operation; ceramic rods of chromium oxide [cr203], alumina-titanic [ai203- ti02]. Aluminum [ai203], yttrium stabilized zirconia [ysz, zr02] and other ones can be sprayed.
