Major advantage: furnace can handle a variety of springs by simply changing the material handling fixtures made out of ss mesh/perforated containers, which is the major advantage of this machine. Following are some of the technical features of these furnaces which include:these furnaces are a must for small/ big spring manufacturers, having a variety of springs under manufacturing process, with different shapes/profiles/quantity, etc;. These furnaces are assisted with digital pid temperature controller with tempering cycle time setting, which precisely controls the temperature and gives an audio/visual alarm to operator indicating completion of the process and one touch cycle rest button helps the operates to repeat the cycle for any number of times. To achieve uniform temperature, hhigh efficiency turbine fan, dynamically balanced to achieve uniform temperature.
