| Ultrasonic testing machine manufactured by conuco machines [i] pvt. Ltd. It is suitable to carry out ultrasonic flaw detection on internal surface of large heavy parts, during manufacture of parts, or even later. The ultrasonic testing machine is portable and can be packed and taken to a site for inspection of parts, e.G., steam turbine rotors, gun barrels. Probe holder has provision to accept 3 probes at 120° to each other. This ultrasonic testing machine gets guided in the bore and rotates 360° clock/anticlockwise, traverses at a fixed distance in the bore, while noting the readings on cro. A minimum diameter of 60 mm and a length of 4300 mm can be tested - other sizes on request. All operations through cnc system - one axis is rotary and other linear. Specifications of the ultrasonic testing machine : inspection of flaws in bore; length - 4300 mm; bore size - 60 mm and above; number of probes - 3 in each holder; and cnc system - 2 axis [linear and rotary].
