| Miraj electrical & mechanical co manufactures fully automatic co2/mig-mag welding system weaver weld automate with only 11 kg weight. These automatic welder machine comes mounted on magnetic flexible tracks with permanent magnets and is ideal for vertical up, horizontal, downward and other positional welding with weaving and dwell control facility on either side to avoid undercut with controller and wave amplitude control. These co2/mig-mag welding system weaver weld automate machines are available with salient features such as 220 v ac input, 50 hz single phase; fully transistorised, digital electronic control, fully swivelled to weld fillet welding from 0 to 45° by installing mig torch on either side of the weaver weld; 9 feet flexible track; 6 feet welding travel distance and each track coupled with additional extra track of 9 feet for desired distance; motorised on track with anti drifting facility with positive drive holding teeth steel hardened, 0 to 44° for straight, bevel and fillet welding; 0.1 mm to 50 mm waves amplitude [weaver} setting with thumb wheel setting; 0 to 5 secs dwelling welding time infinitely variable. Controller of the welder machine comes with amplitude control waves; on-off push button; dwelling time and travel speed control with reverse/forward changeover switch; magnetic clamps to hold the controller; 5 metres control cable between controller to weaver field and wire feeder with four wheel positive drive quick release and quick change over type with magnets to hold wire feeder on vertical to horizontal plates. The co2/mig-mag welding system are available with fully thyristorised controlled model mcw 600 as power sources, constant voltage type with analogue amp and volt meter; model cs 45-3 torch with swivel neck, ergonomically designed handle, euro connection with flow meter and regulator including heater to weld with solid wire or flux cored wire either with co2 gas or mixed gas. These co2/mig-mag weaver weld automate system is simple to set up; increases productivity manifold; eliminates welder qualification/certification and reduces man power.
