• Add to Inquiry Basket | Ashbee systems pvt. Ltd. Is an iso 9001:2000 certified company and a leading manufacturer and exporter of electronic weighbridges. The company offers composite platform weighbridges which are of pitless type and useful for areas where mining and digging type of work is done. The foundation is difficult to construct and very expensive. As the platform is above ground level so vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from two directions where the ramps are provided. This type of weighbridge requires more space. The special platform is made of steel and concrete for longer life and zero maintenance, and the platform casting is done at site.
The main girders and end channels are made of steel duly fabricated, leveled and assembled in our factory. These are then sent to site where a concrete slab is casted between these main girders. Advantages of composite platform weighbridges are:
Longer life
No rusting, no re-painting, thus maintenance-free
Stronger, heavier and more stable
Less deflection- load cells never get misaligned
Less vibration- vibrations reduce life and accuracy of load cells
