| Pracson enterprises offers micro die and mould profiling and polishing machine, which is designed to achieve a highly superior surface. The operation is performed with the help of a reciprocator hand piece attachment [having to and fro linear motion] at a very high speed of 1,000 to 1,800 strokes per minute, supported by a 200 to 250 v, single-phase ac motor with rpm 18,000 to 24,000. The micro die & mould profiling and polishing machine is highly precise, and causes less strain and fatigue while the rotary and angular hand pieces are complementary to the main gadget, ie, reciprocator, all of which are operated by a flexible shaft. The micro die & mould profiling and polishing machine`s reciprocator, which weighs about 450 gm is a to and fro self-actuating filer with stroke length adjustable from 0-6 mm.
