• Add to Inquiry Basket | Eastwest engineering & electronics co. Offers the ceramic flexible mat heaters. These are made by using high grade materials and have a working temperature capability of 1050ºc. They can be powered from power source/ heat treatment units, control panels or welding machines.
Heater pads consists of multi-strand nickel-chromium wire, electrically insulated by interlocking sintered alumina beads, providing a flexible high heat transfer. Mats, complete with twist lock connectors are available. These are rated at low voltage of 30v, 32.5v,40v, 42.5v, 60v, 65v, 80v. Heaters are available in wide range of sizes .Non-standard voltages of 220v & 240v are also available. Mats of other sizes and rating can be supplied on request. Heaters pads can also be used for pre-heat, post-heat and post-weld heat treatment of welds.
