Hitek hi-shear mixers generates high "shear force" as compared to conventional agitator - mixer. This is made possible by the centrifugal force produced by a compact rotor - stator unit that rotates at high rpm. The main features of the hi-sheer mixers are as follows:
Specially recommended for gelling type of items.
Universally accepted for typical laminar operations involving polymers and elastomers mixing, 1:1 ratio epoxies, dry powders, resins etc.
Universally accepted for wastewater flocculation, chlorination, neutralization, oil or gasoline blending, gas/liquid dispersion, emulsion breaking, emulsification, homogenizing.
