the hitek distillation columns contain specially designed internals. The structured packing, provide timely and cost-effective separation of components in a solution.
High numbers of separation stages - 1 to 13-stages/m ht of packings.
Low pressure drops.
Related pressure consistency at each unit height
Minimum hold-up.
Enhance capacity of the column by 50% to 20% by replacing random packings in a given column.
Additional stages ensure lower reflux ratios thus reducing energy consumption.
Increase in number of theoretical stages/m ht guarantees the purity to 99.99% in the minimum height.
Performance retention even in high capacity columns makes it durable and less maintenance demanding.
