| S k industries manufactures ski-pac pocket filters for use as pre-filters to hepa filters in clean room ventilation systems for dust and contamination control. The pocket filters considerably enhance operating life of more expensive hepa filters. The company supplies the pocket filters from 100% synthetic filter medium consisting needle-felted and thermally bonded synthetic micro-fibres layers built up into permanently bonded non-woven medium. The pocket filters have advantage of not being affected by extreme moisture and humidity conditions.
