Dhara engineers endows with automatic four head / eight head aluminum cap sealing machine - model dhcs-150 & 350 which has the output of 60 to 150 vials/ min and 60 to 250 vials/ min. Salient features are as follows:
All exposed parts are ss 304 or hard chrome plated for corrosion free long life.
Single motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheel & platformatrate and the speed can be varied by vfd
It provides safety arrangement in the event of over turned vials to avoid any overload / jamming
En- 31 sealing rollers & spring loaded sealing head Assembly imparts very smooth and tight fit sealing
No vial no cap mechanism
Quick and very easy change over
Photo sensing device stop the machine automatically in the event, there is no aluminum cap in the delivery chute.
