| Soubhagya diecast, manufactures aluminium pressure die cast components. The die-casting machines from ube, japan are fully automated and computer controlled with auto ladle and auto spray. The advanced computer control system automatically controls each setting condition and process, from clamping conditions to injection parameters. They are also equipped with real time shot control that diagnoses and solves problems in real time. This real time monitoring of the process gives total control over quality of components. Shot data can be stored for future analysis and reference. A patented feature of the machines enables high-speed injection and speed reduction just before completion of filling. This prevents surface defects, blowholes, porosity, dimensional variations and soldering. Higher shot speed facilitates the production of thin walled castings. The company casts components of weights from 1 to 6 kg weight and caters to the needs of market leaders in various industries such as automotive, lighting, electrical, motors, power systems, etc.
