A dedicated line for manufacture of this part with 17 machines is established, and the company is constantly achieving a cp, cpk value > 1.33. Precitech india is the single vendor for this part. It has a blend of cnc machines and conventional machines in this line with tool regrinding manned by skilled operators.
Choice precitech india is also setting up the production facility for hydraulic fittings required by parker hannifin india ltd for the manufacture of pump parts. The company takes up batch production of components and is capable of meeting the quality standards required by the customers in domestic and overseas markets.
