As part of that, the company offers hand operated broaching machine. It is also known as notch cutting machine. This is specially developed for ferrous & non-ferrous material for sample preparation of `v` & `u` notches for impact testing machine. This machine is capable of cutting correct `u` & `v` notches in charpy or izod specimen with the help of multi-toothed broach. This broaching machine is equipped with simple hand-vice for holding the specimen. It is also provided with adjustors & end stop to set notch-depth & position accurately. |
