| Rochem separation systems offers a true wastewater system that thinks of environment and works for its clients. Features: established membrane based system installations on wastewater, seawater and process separation for over a decade; over 200 installations in india - 40 on wastewater handling . 10,000 kld effluent; and fixed price operation and maintenance contracts guaranteeing life time plant running costs. Reducing water intake by 90-90%: textile effluent is generated mainly from the dyeing and washing process; of the two, the dyeing effluent has a high polluting load and hence requires specialised handling; conventional effluent treatment plants segregate these streams as they are ineffective in treating combined streams. Rochem offers a single system that handles raw, untreated, combined effluent directly without any significat pretreatment thereby totally eliminating the additional of chemicals. Advantages: application on raw equalised effluent, thereby avoiding high chemical and energy costs of conventional etps; recovery of salts using ion selective membranes; reuse of ro permeate in process, enhancing the dyeing process; make effluent treatment a payback system; helps in capacity enhance as existing etp structure need not be upgraded thereby avoiding investment in load and civil works; ability of rochem system to effectively handle high tds, cod/bod effluents means that water recovery is possible from one stream; and also reduction in volume for evaporation saves high cost.
