Owders / granules, liquids, creams or paste.
The machine speed is infinitely controlled from 0 - 60 cycles / minute. Single reel film laminate stock reel feed. Max. Reel dia. 400 mm on 76 m/m core. Product dosing by slide / piston pump / volumetric auger filler. Sealing dies depending on the type of product to be packed.
A robust machine with particular consideration for minimum maintenance and ease of adjusting and giving high reliable output. All parts in contact with the product, manufactured in stainless steel. Accurate sealing die temperature control and fully controllable die pressure. Cut off blade for separating sachet from film web housed in horizontal die for maximum efficiency. Photo cell print registration. Comprehensive push button control panel and hmi. Front safety guard and access doors electrically interlocked [optional]. Tool kit and operators manual [supplied with the machine].
