| Metreat engineers offers services for [anohard] hard anodizing on aluminium components. Anohard layer is a ceramic type layer developed by anodic oxidation process in electrolyte specially formulated for hard anodizing. This layer protects aluminium components and offers deposit properties, such as excellent hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical insulation, excellent adhesion with base material, non-sticking surface easy cleaning, good anti-friction, layer thickness, can be ground/honed to required size, etc. This hard anodising process is essential for a variety of applications engineering industries for functional requirements.
