| Business envoy manfactures poly urthane bushes, press tool grade which are ideal for sheet metal press tools from a versatile engineering material polyurethane elastomers for a combination of properties not available in conventional rubbers, metals or plastics. The polyurethane elastomers is a spring element which has salient features like high load bearing capacity, high impact strength, high abrasion resistance, high resilience and resistance to oil, grease, etc. The press tool grade polyurethane bushes, plates, etc are constructed from this material which supply them the properties of being extensively used in sheet metal die/press tools where steel springs break under high pressure and set in a short time while rubber bushes cannot sustain high load and tend to disintegrate quickly in oil and grease. The press tool grade polyurethane bushes come with salient features such as sustained performance; high load absorption without any risk of coil rebound condition [as with metal springs]; safety under working conditions capable of running in damaged condition and hence no damage to costly toolings through overloading and immediate suppression of metal resonance provide opportunity of a non resonant, shock absorbent, environment friendly and no noise operation.
