| Joy d-zign engineers offershave launchedintroduced a precision engineered, fast, fully automatic, hydraulic, horizontal plunger injection moulding machine is launched by the joy d-zign. This moulding machine is used for moulding thermoplastic parts up to 10 g shot weight using only 2 hp motor power pack, which can work on 230 v ac domestic power supply or 400 v ac 3-phase power supply. The horizontal clamping system of the moulding machine is based on 4 tie bars for precision and ruggedness. The toggle mould locking system is fast, powerful, using only select steels for toggle plates, pin, etc, heat treated and ground completedfinished for long wear-resistant life. This systemit producesdevelops over 10 tonne of mould locking force. Horizontal in-line injection unit slides on twin tie bars and the slide movement is effected by a toggle system for quick movement and powerful locking of the barrel against the mould face. A unique material dosing system feeds the exact quantity of material with each stroke. The moulding machine is able tocapable of dry cycle time of under 2 seconds. Total hydraulic system is based uponon high quality elementscomponents with off-loading system for saving energy when machine workingsfunctions are not operating. Barrel temperature control is through an auto tuning pid controller. A fully integrated control panel is keptmounted within the machine frame. All controls of the moulding machine are constructeddesigned for easy access. The machine is available with plc based controls also.
