| Vega conveyors & automation offers spiral conveyor. Spiral conveyor is an indigenously developed machine, engineered to perfection with over a year of r&d going into its fabrication and design. The machine is known for its capability of transporting in a circular/spiral mode a variety of materials like sea foods, meat, fish, shrimp, pizzas, milk products, chocolates and other varied products that involve curing in a freezer room, cold room or other controlled temperature environments. It is an easier and faster way of transporting the material gently in dry or moist conditions in a smooth and continuous mode. The machine is capable of meeting high speeds of deliverance to match with the volumes of production levels that are required. It effectively uses the overhead space through its vertical construction and assemblage. It conveys the products over a belt surrounding the drum in a circular pattern. The drum diameter is based on the dimensions of the room to be fitted in and the length of the conveyor-required etc as per the customer`s specifications. The belt sits over the profile construction around the drum. Main benefits are: lesser use of manpower required for the operations; increased productivity; space saving; and lesser movements of men and materials in the operating area. The food products are handled without any human contact; thereby the regulations of international bodies like fda are fully confirmed as per their guidelines. The machine can be engineered and customized as per the customer`s specifications and requirements.
