• Add to Inquiry Basket | All types of static eliminators and discharge electrodes are ce approved. When synthetic material passes over rollers, it causes static charges. These static charges result into sparking, sticking, loose winding, attracting air borne dust particles and even shock to the operator which reduces the efficiencies and deteriorates the quality of the products. There are many methods to neutralize static charges, among which the static eliminator is the most effective.This static eliminator method is given by: it is a high voltage transformer with 3 piano switches - low, medium and high stage, i.E., 5, 7.5 and 10 kv respectively. To connect three or four ionators or electrodes, there is a provision. These ionators consist of a number of sharp pin points which produce a stream of conductive gases. These gases flow on the surface of the synthetic material thus neutralising the static charge. Sandwich electrodes or ring electrodes are made according to the requirement. Hence to remove static charges completely during process, neutralisation is the only remedy. |
