The tb32-fm/l machine is an automatic toothbrush production cell with two separate single-head filling tools designed for high volume production of toothbrushes that have complex tufting and trim profiles. It has the following unique features:
Two single-head filling tool machines [total of two filling heads]
Two automatic handle feeders [one for each filling station]
Two single fiber boxes [one for each filling station]
Equipped with 2 trimming units and 4 end-rounding units on the finishing machine [fm]
Machine speeds up to 850 rpm continuously [1,700 tufts per minute]
Cam control
Produce up to 60 brushes per minute
Up to a maximum of 6 trimming units and 10 end-rounding units can be installed on the [fm]
When fully equipped with optional end-rounders, end-rounding quality is unsurpassed
Up to five fiber selections with available fiber box options
Cnc control available
Very user friendly
