• Add to Inquiry Basket | Streamline controls supplies time and temperature based profile generators. These profile generators are up to 25 steps/25 profiles and the technology on which it is based on is the latest industrially proven microcontroller technology. This feature ensures the best reliability. These profile generators find their applications in industries like ovens, furnaces, textile, food processing, rubber, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc, and are availablein 96 mm x 96 mm x 100 mm size. Various technical features of these profile generators include: these generators can accept thermocouple j, k, r, s, t and rtd inputs of temperature provide two single change over-relay n/o type outputs. Each step has three parameters, i.E. Ramp ºc/unit time, desired at value ºc, and soak/hold time at desired set temperature. Alarm hold function tries to keep error between two limits which are again programmable and if the error increases, the time update is put on hold till the error is once again within the set limits. Time hold is externally controlled at present set point. Models are available to control up to 6 temperature loops with common set point tracking. Following are some of the electrical features of these profile generators: a wide range of ac input from 90 to 260 v ac is accepted by these instruments; high resolution ad converters, cold junction compensation and pid calculation are all completed by a single microcontroller chip.
