| Streamline controls manufactures programmable pid temperature controller sctc-1, with dual display, in a compact size of 96x96x110 [mm]. It is based on the latest, industrially proven, microcontroller technology, which ensures the best reliability. Time proportional pid action offers better accuracy of control up to [+][-] 1oc. It can accept thermocouple [j/k/r/s/t], rtd inputs and provide two relay [n/o type] outputs. It can accept a wide range of ac input 90 to 260 v ac. It comprises of enhanced user friendly membrane keyboard to program/run the controller. Two seven segment led displays provide the process value and set value simultaneously. It displays opn indication for thermocouple open condition. All values and parameters are stored in non-volatile memory, using e2prom technology. It manufactures programmable control parameters like proportional band, integral [reset] time, derivative [rate] time and cycle time, which can be more precisely set to fine tune the process variable with set point. Rs-485 serial interface is optionally available for remote data logging and printing application. It is suitable for industries like plastic, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food processing, ovens, etc.
