The advance unique panchal system in it`s 4th generation.
Panchal advance recycling system i.E. Shredder-extruder system in the new design for all kind of plastic waste i.E. Film waste, tape waste, punch waste etc.
Material : ldpe, lldpe, hdpe, pp, ps, pet,etc.
Automatic feeding [e.G. Loose material via feeding conveyor belt or film directly from roll via reel feeder]. In the cutter compactor the feeding material is cuts, mixed, heated, dried and pre-densified. The excellent drying effect allows trouble free processing of materials with upto 6 to 8% humidity. Furthermore, the rotary cutters ensure a very efficient, continuous force feeding to directly coupled single screw extruder. The direct combination results in energy savings of upto 40% compared to multi-stage processes. In the extruder the material is plasticised, homogenized and if necessary, vented [selected model]. Having passed the automatic screen changer and via suitable pelletizing systems [i.E. Die-face water/air cooling system and strand pelletizing system].
