This extrusion process control system helps in monitoring & controlling exact throughput results in even thickness and better gsm control. The gravimetric extrusion process control system finds application in pipe & tubing, sheet & profile, lamination; blown films, cast films, co-extrusion, etc. This extrusion process control system can control ±0.5 percent output of the extruder and ensures down gauging and reduction in resin consumption. The system can also be used for controlling layer thickness individually in multi-layers and thereby saves raw material consumption and scrap during job changeover. The company supplies the gravimetric extrusion process control system incorporated with existing line and can be synchronized with post extrusion unit. The gravimetric extrusion process control systems come with salient features like easy line start-up, high quality and consistency in production, automation with various reports, etc. The company supplies these gravimetric extrusion process control systems in 50 kg/hr to 500-kg/hr capacity ranges. |
