Advanced biochamcals ltd. Is the manufacturer and exporters of the starch clear. It is a gras enzyme formulation for use as an aid for breakdown of starchy matter present in fruit juices. The problem of starch hazes in juices is becoming an important factor due to newly developed processes of high temperature fruit juice processing. High temperature has the propensity to make the starch more soluble, thus can pass through polish filters and cause haze then on cooling and storage. It extinguishes the possible action of starch molecules agglomerating with proteins, pectin`s and thus eliminates haze formation.
