• Add to Inquiry Basket | Sealless magnetic drive chemical pumps [series pmd] supplied by taha pumps are available with a host of design features and have a wide range of applications to meet the demand of different industries. All liquid contact parts are made of pp, ceramic, teflon, viton, etc, which enables the pumps to be used in handling of any kind of chemicals. Another feature is the use of magnetic drive system with high power rare earth magnets, which eliminates the use of conventional sealing methods. This makes the pumps trouble-free, long life and virtually leak proof. Since there is no seal, problems like wear, leakage and repairing are automatically avoided. Impeller and drive magnets are permanent rare earth magnets, which prevent slippage and ensure that full motor horsepower is converted into pumping power. These pumps are ideally suitable for transfer of corrosive liquids, acids, dyes, solvents, toxic and fuming liquids, petrol, kerosene, water, etc. They are used in various areas like in chemical industries, dyeing and printing houses, electroplating plants, photo processing, etc. Different models are available in the capacity range of 15, 30, 50, 85 and 125 lpm with materials of construction like polypropylene or pvdf. The sealless magnetic drive chemical pumps are optionally available with flameproof motors. |
