These chemical pumps find their applications in chemical industries, dyeing and printing houses, electroplating plants and photo processing. Different models are available in capacity range of 15 lpm to 300 lpm with moc of glass filled pp or pvdf. These chemical pumps provide pmd series pumps with a host of design features and a wide range of applications to meet the demand of various industries. The liquid contact parts are made of pp, ceramic, teflon, viton etc which enables the pump to handle any kind of chemicals. Another feature of these chemical pumps is: the use of magnetic drive system with high power rare earth magnets which eliminates the use of conventional sealing methods. This makes the pump trouble free long lasting and virtually leak proof. Since there is no seal, problems like wear and tear are absent. The impeller and drive magnets are permanent rare earth magnets which ensure slippage and ensure that full motor horse power is converted in to pumping power. These chemical pumps are best suitedfor transfer of corrosive liquids, acids, dyes, solvents, toxic and fuming liquids and petrol.
