| Klassic klarol filters offers oil cleaning system [by-pass hydraulic oil cleaning device] to be installed as a direct and permanent installation on a variety of injection moulding machines/hydraulic power-packs. Klarol, a german designed product have advantages like it is simple to operat and very effective. It removes contamination, water and gases from hydraulic oils while the machine si in operation. The oil remains super-clean at nas 4/5, 24 hours 365 days in a year. No maintenance, no monitoring and a filter change once/twice a year. Installation of klarol ensures complete protection for variable pumps/servo, proportional valves and seals. This would mean no downtime due to hydraulic oil contamination and savings on expensive components. Oil life is increased by more then 10 times. This oil cleaning system have number of advantages over the conventional cleaning systems.
