| S j industries manufactures pr pumps which are standardised as per din 24256 for handling paper stock with up to 6% consistency in paper industry. The company provides volute foot mounted delivery casing with regular vent and ample cross section not to cause any obstruction to the stock. The paper stock handling pumps are available with central discharge position located at the highest point on the vertical centre line to ensure steady flow and provide positive self venting feature which is essential for stock which may have air pockets at times. The impeller of the paper stock hadling pumps is open, non clogging type and the vanes come with warped inlet tips to give screw effect ensuring positive even flow of stock into impeller eye. Entrance of stock or any solid materials at the back of impeller is prevented by the impeller back vanes which reduces stuffing box pressure. In stuffing box is made of high tensile carbon steel to transmit maximum power with a shaft protected with sleeve. The paper stock handling pumps are available with salient features like adequate span between bearings to keep vibration and deflection minimum; eccentric reducer to suction cover ensure even flow and avoid air pockets and suction cover integral with casing. The company also provides and loads streamline shaped pedestal with cylindrical roller for heavy service. The pumps are available with oil lubricated bearings which take radial and thrust load. The paper stock handling pumps are movable in clockwise rotation direction which can be viewed from driving end.
