| Completely leak proof leakless magnetic drive laboratory autoclaves are provided by the amar equipments. These are very useful for research laboratories where high pressure, high temperature and stirring are needed. Theses are included very high strength magnets, which help 100 per cent leak proof drive. These units arte installed on stainless steel trolley. Technical specification of the units include 100 ml to 100 ltrs capacity, capable of withstanding temperature up to 250 c and maximum pressure up to 100 kg/cm2. The company also provides higher temperature and pressure autoclave as per specific requirements. Ss-316 solid bar stocks are used to manufacture them. Autoclaves from hastalloy, monel materials are also available. These units are provided with quick opening system, pressure gauge, rupture disc, vent, cooling coil, sparger, liquid sampler, thermowell, automatic temperature controller-cum-indicator/flameproof motors, electrical heating mantle with insulation, temperature alarm system, speed indicator, bottom valve automatic cooling system pressure regulator. Apart from that the company also provides digital pressure display, liquid charging system, condenser, ramp-soak programmable pid controller, pressure safety valves, rotameters, metering pumps, pressure and temperature recorder, etc along withy the unit. These are mostly optional accessories needed for special usage.
