| Amar equipments pvt ltd offers lab scale to pilot fermentor/bio-reactor from 2 to 100-litre size for batch fermentation, continuous culture and cell culture to cater to various biotech industry research requirements. The fermentor is offered in glass option 20-litre and ss option for all the sizes with institution sterilization, ph, do, temperature, rpm, foam, etc, are measured and controlled with optional facility to log all the data on the pc. The entire sensors are autoclavable. Fixed speed penstaltic pumps are provided for acid, alkali, anti-foam addition and the same are mounted on common control panel, air filter with rotameter, gas sparger, liquid sparger, cooling coil, baffles, pitch blade ruston impeller and other standard fittings are offered on all fermentors. Optionally air compressor and steam generator for heating in jacketed fermentor is provided. The design is user friendly, compact, and versatile and of very fine finish is provided for totally contamination-free design.
