The company offers latest gem refrigerated air dryers. Having a compact design and low pressure drop quality these dryers are less space consuming. Gem air dryers is equipped with "tube in tube" non-corrosive heat exchanger, which enables lower pressure drop and higher efficiency. It has centrifugal moisture separator to shun the carryover of condensate. It also comprises puf insulation for heat exchanger assembly; electronic timer operated auto drain valve; inversely available refrigeration components like compressor, fan motor, filter dryer, expansion valve, etc; non-cyclic refrigeration systems, with the help of hot gas bypass valve to cater varying load condition and seasoned adjustments. This air dryers contains "ozone friendly" r134 as a refrigerant.
It is ready to install and operate because it is pre-wired/pre-piped. The components of these dryers meet the international standards and the electrical system is provided with application code. A wide range of dryers is offered with the capacity from20 cfm to 2,500 cfm and pressure up to16 bar [g]. Shell & tube heat exchanger models are available having the capacity from 3,000 cfm to 10,000 cfm. The company also provides high-pressure requirement [42 bar g] and special type of dryer with 400 bar operating pressure.
