Gem equipments offers hld series heatless compressed air dryers. The salient features of these dryers are as given below:
- power on light, on off switch,
- tower pressure gauges, highly accurate motorized cam timer,
- differential pressure gauge for filters, plc, cycle failure indication,
- sized to have heat of adsorption minimizes purge air usage,
- limited velocities through tower avoid bed fluidization stops desiccant dusting,
- large desiccant bed ensures sufficient contact time to produce40° c dew point.
Molecular sieves for80°c, using bulk desiccant no special cartridges required, can be offered for higher pressure and lower dew points also. It has separate fill and drain ports for easy desiccant replacement, heavy duty purge exhaust mufflers for ease operation, non lubricated inlet control valves, purge flow valve for adjusting purge rate, pressure relief valves on both towers. The stainless steel support screens and air diffusers can be easily removed for cleaning. The filters out gross contaminants protect valves and prevent channeling. The structural steel frame with complete floor stands for easy installation. Dryer is completely assembled, piped and wired before shipping. Optional factory mounting of pre and after filters is available. Shipped with full charge of desiccant. The choice is between alumina and molecular sieve. Only the hook up utilities needs to operate. Lifting lugs are available for easy handling. The dryers have pre filter, zero oil filter and after filter. The dryer has capacity ranging from 300 cfm to 2000 cfm. User areas are textile, instrumentation, pneumatic control, painting and packing machinery.
