| Electro magnetic industries supplies magnetic pulley for automatic and continuous cleaning of tramp iron. The pulley extracts the tramp iron pieces from the material flow and carries these underside to the belt conveyor where they are removed and collected.In view of the wide variety of belt conveyors, available, magnetic pulleys are supplied made-to-measure and ready for installation. For automatic and continuous cleaning of tramp iron, the magnetic field rotates as per the speed of the drum. Then the pulley extracts the tramp iron pieces from the material flow and carries these underside to the belt conveyor where they are removed and collected. Tthe magnetic pulley is installed at the discharge end of belt conveyor. Hence, so that the product falls into a discharge hopper and the tramp iron travels along with the belt from the top face to the bottom face of the pulley and at the bottom as the gap increases between the pulley and the conveyor belt, trwnamp iron falls automatically in collecting chute.
