| For safe lifting of materials ,ambica goods lifts are specially designed. A steel cage [with or without collapsible shutters] is being guided in steel guide members with hoisting and lowering operation being performed through ambica hoist. Through properly interlocked push buttons, the cage is operated with limit switches for perfect safety. These goods lifts are available in capacities which ranges from 500 to 5000 kg. Various technical features of this good lifts include: all models have a triple reduction gearbox; generally rope wire conforms to 6 x 37 construction fibre core, ungalvanized performed type as per is 2266/1977, galvanized and steel core wire ropes, can be supplied if specifically asked for; a fail safe disc/shoe type electromagnetic brake is provided to hold the load at any position; and fully adjustable self resetting limit switches are provided for top and bottom limits of the hook travel. General specifications of the goods lifts include: all the hoist parts are enclosed in the main housing forming integral units; three phase totally enclosed squirrel cage high torque induction motors are used; grooved rope drum is manufactured by rolling, welding and precision machining high quality mild steel; rope guide is precision machined to suit rope drum grooves and moves over the drum like a nut; the gearbox is splash lubricated type, and all helical/spur and pinions are case hardened.
