These machines are available with technical features like 1] high-cast iron bed with strong ribs for rigidity; 2] inverted prismatic guide and wide track for table; 3] carefully hand scraped guideways for high accuracy; 4] table composed of two parts; 5] upper table can be swiveled and set easily on either sides by setscrew and scale; 6] hydraulically operated table slide and hydro-mechanically operated cross slide; 7] high-grade carbon alloy steel with mt-3 standard spindle; and 8] up to 45º swiveling work head towards wheel and away from wheel head to grind angular as well as conical jobs. The cut is taken by hand to avoid any damage to job and grinding wheel. The hydraulic cylindrical grinding machines are useful for grinding with revolving and stationary centres. |
