| Rekha engineering works offers internal hydraulic grinder in a rugged design body provided with strong ribs and large inverted prismatic guides with a wide track for the table.The body and table of these internal hydraulic grinder is made of high grade cast-iron duly seasoned, rigid and strong enough to prevent distortion and wear. The guide ways are precision band scrapped to match with corresponding surface of table, etc. The machine has a robust alloy-steel work-head spindle with morse taper mt4 which is specially heat treated to achieve high dimensional accuracy and stability for life. Internal grinding head of these internal hydraulic grinder is independent motor driven fitted on a plain endless belt giving vibration free efficiency. The hydraulic system of the internal hydraulic grinder works on pressure 150 to 160 lb/sq.In. The internal hydraulic grinder comes with a oil reservoir having 55 to 60 ltrs capacity directly coupled with hydraulic pump and motor. For maintenance the company provides pressure relief valve and strainers, lubrication to sliding surfaces automatically provided by an arrangement to deliver oil from hydraulic system at low pressure.
