The machine has been developed to cater to meet present days as well as future customer requirement of high accuracy, productivity and reliability performance. The cnc grinding machines are available in different height of centre, 100, 125 and 150 mm and grinding length 300,400, 500,600 and 1,000 mm with different type of jobs. The high precision machine is employed in variety of application running from tool room, gauge manufacturing, general engineering workshops and batch series of production of precision component. This machine is also afforded a fully automatic machine giving automatic grinding. Auto dressing compensation and size control are part of auto-cycle and auto-cycle can operate in plunge or in oscillation mode. An oscillation mode of grinding lead is possible to both ends or at anyone of the ends. Main features are slide way coated with `turcite-b; work-head can swivel by 90° and table up to 8° work-head spindle and tailstock spindle with mt-3 wheel head and work-head runs on precision angular contact bearing automatic centralized lubrication system can be fitted with machine.
