| Rekha engineering works has introduced centreless grinding machine, model no. Rk-75/rk-150. One of the fastest method of finishing cylindrical parts small and miniature is by centreless grinding and it is a solution to precise grinding to close tolerance depending on the shape, type of work piece and the production rate required. The machine is usable for ferrous, non-ferrous metal, alloys in addition to other materials such as rubber, plastic etc. The grinding wheel spindle is manufactured from hardened and ground alloy steel. It runs in antifriction special type bronze metal bush bearing for rigidity and fine accuracy. These bearings are automatically lubricated by means of splash system. The regulating wheel head travels on a moveable dovetail scrapped-slides and can be fitted from 0 to 3[to get different feed rates for work piece and is manufactured from hardened and ground alloy steel and it runs on precision taper roller bearings. It is powered microfeed system from 0.001 to 0.099 mm. For grinding wheel and regulating wheel separate manually/hydraulic dressing is given with infinitely variable feed rate of dressing allows grinding to close tolerance for both the wheels dressing unit.
