The main spindle drive gears are made of chrome, hardened and precision ground nickel steel. The bed is made of high tensile strength cast iron. These lathe machine have rigid beds foe taking maximum loads, bed ways, flame hardened and precision ground for high accuracy. The minimum speed of main spindle is 64 rpm and maximum speed is 1,600 rpm maximum. The main spindle runs on precision taper roller bearing |
