The product Non-Ionic Synthetic Wax Emulsion is specially used as a final top coat on garment, nappa and softy leathers to give waxy effect and burnishable finish. Chemical composition of the Non-Ionic Synthetic Wax Emulsion includes Non-ianic and Synthetic wax emulsion. Non-Ionic Synthetic Wax Emulsion offers leather after final lacquer coat is dried and then sprayed with 50- 200 gms.
Characteristics of the Non-Ionic Synthetic Wax Emulsion
Appearance : Cream color paste
PH of 5% SOLUTION : 6 - 7
SOLUBILITY : Dilutable with water at 50OC with slow stirring
Stability and compatibility :
Stable to Acids, Hard water and Salts
May separate into two layers on long standing which can be homogenized by stirring
Compatible with Non-ionics, Anionics and electrolytes.
