| Quartet thermal engineering pvt. Ltd. Manufactures furnaces for heat treatment of high tensile fasteners. The company takes up design, manufacture and supply of both continuous and batch type furnaces. The continuous array of models of these furnaces for heat treatment, are available in the range of 20 to 30 kg/hr, 40 to 50 kg/hr, 50 to 65 kg/hr, 80-120 kg/hr, and 120 to 175 kg/hr. They f are of the shaker hearth type and are supplied with an oil quenching tank and a conveyerised quenching system. The system is such that a furnace for heat treatment is fully automatic and fed with material from one end and is delivered at the other end, after being duly heat treated and quenched. The above system can also be fitted with automatic loading conveyor, continuous pre washing and post washing equipment and a continuous tempering furnace. In this system of the furnace for heat treatment, the materials also are fully tempered and delivered at the end without manual intervention.
